Storage

Storage is a shared resource and each year demand exceeds supply.

Given limited resources, the Black Rock committee would appreciate that all members abide by the following conditions to ensure all members get the maximum benefit from Black Rocks facilities:-

- Boats should be sailed (Black Rock is not just a garage)

- For boats in racks the mast must be taken down after sailing (even if sailing the next day)

- All boats to go back in their allocated spot at night (not left in middle of yard)

- If you don’t have storage take your boat, kayak, or paddleboard home.

$580 - MAST UP (GROUND)
$430 - MAST DOWN (GROUND)
$180 - 1ST LEVEL (MIDDLE RACK)
$280 - KAYAK / PADDLE BOARD (UNDER FRONT BALCONY)
$205 - KAYAK /PADDLE BOARD (TOP RACKS OUTSIDE)

Storage can be applied for online as part of the renewal / registration process. If you require storage at a later date or for additional boats / boards please complete an application form and submit to the office for processing.
